Misc. rambling by Matt

Mostly been playing the US release Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer for the DS lately. Nasty difficulty, but I've been tending to like that in games.

For Vocaloid related stuff, a variety of interesting things for me, the first ones being interesting for their vocal quality, and the last 3 being more wide appeal silly ones

First off, there's 'dark' and 'soft' appends for the original Miku that refines her voice to be clearer and to sound more emotional, here's a few samples:
Yume wo Akiremanai De Dark & Soft demo
Sora to Kimi no Aida ni (Soft) Soft version
Sora to Kimi no Aida ni (Dark) Dark version

There's a few other new Vocaloids by Yamaha, here's one of the better ones sung by Miki:
Satellite Sung by Miki

While this isn't sung by a Vocaloid, its a user-made video/stage for Hatsune Miku: Project Diva set to IOSYS's "Overdrive" song
Project Diva: 'Overdrive' For the PSP game

For 'original' Vocaloid stuff, I like this song that references many of the other popular Vocaloid songs:
Canonloid Sung by Miku, Rin, Luka

Here's a pair of cute and simple Miku songs:
Nanika nai ka na? (Is there something here?) Miku song
Okiagerenai yo (I can't get up) Miku song

And to end on a high note, here's one of the songs that's entertaining whether or not you know Japanese, one of the better videos recently:
Doushite Kou Natta? (Why/How did this happen?)
